Update - ASP or Local in-office EMR systems

The issue of ASP EMR systems vs. Local (in-office) EMR systems is one that will challenge physicians when selecting an EMR. Each has pros and cons, however any physician who does due diligence and reviews a number of systems before purchase and implementation would be well served to read the two discussions linked below.
